We offer an elevated and leisurely boarding service for dogs and cats at BrownDog Lodge Veterinary Clinic in Arlington, TN where we promise your pet will be in excellent and trustworthy hands while you are away.
As pet parents ourselves, we understand the value of having a trusted caregiver for our furry family members and strive to deliver that peace of mind while you’re away. Rest assured that our team of trained veterinary professionals is here if any issue arises.

Choose one of our indoor suites or a deluxe suite with both indoor accommodation and an outdoor run.
All feline guests get towill enjoy their very own kitty condo in a private area separate from the dog boarding facility. Rates are based uponon the type of accommodation selected and are charged on a nightly basis.
Pets in the same family who share a suite or cat condo receive a reduced rate. Please feel free to ask about group rates.

Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 11:30 am
At check-in, we will ask you to fill out a boarding information form to provide us with information so we can make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible.
There is no check-in or check-out of boarders on Sundays or holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Day). We recommend requesting a reservation at least 8 weeks in advance for these busy holiday periods to secure a spot.
Boarding guests are required to be up to date with the following vaccinations and have a negative fecal within the past year.
Dogs - Rabies, DHLPP, Lepto & Bordetella
Cats - Rabies & FVRCP
In the case where these are not current, we can vaccinate your pet while they are staying with us.
We pride our facility on being “flea-free,” so in order to maintain the cleanliness and keep your pets safe, comfy and happy, we give each pet an oral flea tablet upon arrival for a minimal fee.
We will also gladly administer any medications your pet may need. A daily dispensing fee applies.
We recommend bringing your own food so that your pet stays on the same diet. However, we do offer Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach to our boarding guests at no additional charge. We will feed your pet according to your feeding schedule.
To make your pet feel at home, we welcome you to bring their favorite toy and either a blanket or bed (one each).
Some pets can feel stressed when away from home. We do everything we can to give them the love and reassurance they need, but from time to time they get nervous and might chew up their own belongings. If your toy or bedding looks a little more worn after their visit – this is normal.
We offer a free “exit bath” for pets who stay 7 nights or longer and recommend that all of our guests sign up for a pre-pick up tubby.
After so much playing and fun, they work up a sweat and you will be glad to greet your fresh clean puppy or kitty. Just request this service during check in.
We also offer full-service Dog Grooming. Please note that due to high demand, grooming is performed by appointment only.
If you would like for your pet to be groomed while boarding at BrownDog Lodge Veterinary Clinic, the appointment should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Unfortunately, just like humans, sometimes pets in our care will get sick. If this happens, we will do everything we can to reach you to decide if you would like to come and get your pet.
If we can’t get in touch we will make sure your pet is cared for based on our in-house veterinary care team’s recommendations. This cost will be added to your invoice.
At BrownDog Lodge Veterinary Clinic, we take the utmost pride in the cleanliness of our facility. All kennels are cleaned several times a day. We use pet safe disinfectants throughout our facility.
We will furnish your pet with bedding if you forgot to bring yours at no additional charge. We walk and play with your pets on a frequent basis, at least three times daily. We have a grassy, fenced back yard where they are able to exercise.
We use close-circuit security cameras throughout the property and provide security and fire monitoring 24 hours a day for safety.

Have gone to this practice for almost 25 years. My dogs lose their minds when they go for boarding or for treatment, which is a huge load off my mind that they know they are very comfortable there! The Docs and the staff are top notch!
